Thai Yoga Massage

Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is both a preventive and therapeutic treatment. It helps maintain health by boosting the immune system, increasing energy, and reducing stress. This holistic therapy can also alleviate headaches, back pain, and shoulder or neck stiffness.

Performed on a mat without oils, clients remain fully clothed during sessions that last between 1 and 2 hours. It employs acupressure and assisted stretching—applied with fingers, hands, elbows, knees, and feet along energy lines (Sen). The passive stretches enhance flexibility and keep the body supple and toned.

This therapy works on the mind and body alike, often serving as a moving meditation. Regular sessions stimulate the nervous, respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and immune systems, reducing stress, tension, and insomnia. Many clients experience deep calm and peace during and after treatment, along with improved posture, digestion, self-esteem, and overall vitality.

Head Massage
An ancient treatment targeting the scalp, neck, shoulders, and face. It’s effective for relieving headaches, neck and shoulder pain, and boosting immunity by stimulating the lymphatic system. It also helps reduce anxiety and stress, offering a nurturing, calming experience.

Thai Foot Massage
A deeply relaxing treatment for the feet and lower legs, using herbal balms, coconut, jasmine massage creams, and a small wooden stick to activate reflexology points on the soles. It improves circulation, flexibility, mobility, and reduces stress.​​​

​General Policies

We have designed our space for your relaxation and comfort therefore, out of consideration for other clients, please switch off your mobile phone during your time here.

​

​Arrival

All the clients need to arrive at least 10 minutes before the appointment time for preparations including the cloth changing. By this, the treatments will start at the set time of your appointment.

We will provide all the Thai Massage clothes, towels, undergarment, shower gowns and slippers for all clients without charge.

​

 Cancellations / Late Arrivals

As a courtesy to all clients, cancellations or amendments must be made 48 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the full service rate being charged or deposit becoming non-refundable. And will effect your booking references in the future.

If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will reschedule your appointment if possible. If we are not able to reschedule your appointment, your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment , which will end as originally scheduled.

The management are unable to accept responsibility for any personal items that are lost or damaged on the premises.

​

 Age Requirements

The minimum age requirement for access to our parlour is 16. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an Adult.

​

 Gratuities

These are gratefully received but at your discretion and can directly give to your therapist on leave it at the reception.

​

 Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are ideal for any occasion. Gift Vouchers are available to be purchased in the shop and our website. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable or exchange it in to cash. Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within or by the expiry dates. Once exceeded, vouchers cannot be extended.
